How was your company established?
Otsumo Co., Ltd. was established at Meguro, Tokyo, on February 2016 to manufacture and sell a wide range of apparel products including men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing, as well as decorative accessories under the brand “HUMAN MADE”. Otsumo Co., Ltd. changed its name to HUMAN MADE Inc. on May 2025.
What stock exchange is your company listed on?
Our company was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) Growth Market on November 27, 2025.

When do you announce financial results?
We close the fiscal year at the end of January. The financial results are announced in March. Please check our IR calendar for quarterly financial results.
When is the record date for dividends?
The record date for the year-end dividend is January 31st. The record date for interim dividend is July 31st.
Do you have shareholder benefit program?
Currently, we do not provide a shareholder benefit program.
How many shares are in one unit?
100 shares in one unit. *One unit means the minimum trading lot.

When is the shareholders meeting of your company held?
Annual general meeting is held within 3 months after the end of the fiscal year. Our company informs shareholders as of January 31st of information including date, time and location, etc., in early April.
How can I exercise my voting right?
A Notice of Convocation for the Shareholder Meeting and a Voting Rights Exercise Form are sent to shareholders listed on the shareholder register as of the record date (January 31 for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders).
Voting rights may be exercised by one of the following methods:
(1) Attending the meeting in person and submitting this form.
(2) Indicating your vote of approval or disapproval on this form and returning it by mail.
(3) Accessing the designated website for exercising voting rights and submitting your vote via the internet.
