Previously, he served as director at UNIQLO Co., Ltd., of UT Collaboration Business Division and Japan Marketing and promoted global operation of UNIQLO’s T-shirt brand.

Junichi Yanagisawa
In 2016, Junichi Yanagisawa established OTSUMO Co., Ltd. (now HUMAN MADE) with NIGO as co-founder. As Director and CFO, he is leading the enhancement of Company’s value from corporate back office perspectives including accounting, finance, HR and general affairs.
Previously, he provided advisory services for statutory audits, IPOs, M&A, business restructuring, and corporate restructuring at consulting firms Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC and Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory LLC.

In 2021, Rehito Hatoyama was appointed Director and CSO, and has been enhancing the business foundation by strategic planning and business development of IP and IT system, etc.
Previously, he began his career at Mitsubishi Corporation and then served as managing director of Sanrio Co., Ltd., leading corporate strategy, global business development and new businesses such as IT.
